Truck equipped with ISUZU 6HK1-TCN diesel engine, 4 cycle, comon rail direct injection, OHC, turba charged with IC, 7790 cc emission, 177KW (240PS) at 2400 rpm, 706NM at 1450 rpm, matched with MZW6P manual gearbox, 6 forward and 1 reverse back, very low fuel consumption and powerful output. Standard wheelbase 5050mm to be mounted with 12cbm refuse compactor upper body kit, curve body shape design based on strong strength T420 material, Top chinese brand hydraulic cylinder and gear pump matched working together, to make full all component working normally, including push plate, slide plate, scraper and tailgate hopper, the compression ratio can be up to 1:2.5, significantly reducing garbage volume and increase loading weight. Customized English version CAN BUS electric control box with one box inside cabin and another box at the hopper, also hydraulic control valves between cabin and compactor body, guidance with English marks, all dedicate to make ISUZU RHD FTR 12cbm Rear Loader Truck working safety, convenient and reliable.

• Configuration of 12cbm garbage compactor body kit: Specially designed based on Tonga local ISUZU RHD truck chassis, wheelbase 5050mm, in the front equipped with hydraulic valve with 4 levels, suitable capacity hydraulic oil tanker with filters and oil inlet / outlet valve, also counterbalance valve installed to make the inside Push plate can working to make double way compressing. Also the integrated cable for CAN BUS electric control system.
• Back view of 12cbm compactor superstructure: 12CBM refuse compactor body kit back view, with customized foot panel and handle instead of normal rear tilting device. Also inside of the tailgate hopper equipped with slide plate and scraper. The slide plate and scraper are combined working together to collect garbage into compactor body, also the push plate can move to the front cabin position during garbage collection, which to realize double way compression, just to make compression ration up to 1:2.5
• CE certified hydraulic control valve: The hydraulic control valve are installed on left side of the compactor body kit, which have four operation joysticks, details as below:
Lifting: Control the tailgate hopper lifting up / falling down
Scraper: Control the scraper open / close
Sliding Plate: Control the slide plate move up / down
Shovel: Congtol shovel push plate extend out / retract back
• CAN BUS electric control box: The CAN BUS electric control box are installed on the left side of hopper, which have mainly two ways to control: Manual Control and Automatic Control. This box can control slide plate and scraper working together to collect garbage into compactor body.
