Firefighting vehicles are mobile fire-fighting technical equipment used for fire-fighting, auxiliary fire-fighting or fire-fighting rescue. They are designed and manufactured according to needs to be suitable for firefighters to ride and equipped with various fire-fighting equipment or fire-extinguishing agents. Foam fire trucks are one of the common fire engine trucks, mainly equipped with fire pumps, water tanks, foam liquid tanks and complete sets of foam equipment for fire extinguishing. Its foam fire extinguishing system consists of water source, water pump, foam liquid supply source, air foam proportioning mixer, pipeline and foam generator.
The chassis of Isuzu fire truck is ISUZU FVR heavy-duty chassis. The main frame of the upper part adopts a frameless and weldless all-aluminum alloy plate bonding structure. The inner equipment frame is made of all-aluminum alloy profiles and bonded with imported aviation high-strength adhesive glue. The space structure adopts adjustable aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum pattern plates, aluminum triangle brackets, stainless steel bolt connections, etc. according to the equipment layout needs.

There are pedals on both sides and the rear of the body, with a width of ≥30cm and a load-bearing of ≥180kg. The main frame and connecting parts are made of aluminum alloy or carbon steel, and the panels are made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. They are designed to be anti-slip and have a double locking function. There is a climbing ladder at an appropriate location. The independent pump room is located at the rear of the vehicle, and its interior design is convenient for personnel to enter for maintenance. The rear door is equipped with a locking device and a light inside; the pump room is equipped with antifreeze equipment for fire water pumps.

fire truck routine maintenance
(1) The garage should be kept clean, dry, and properly insulated during cold seasons;
(2) Keep the vehicle with sufficient fuel, lubricating oil, and cooling water, check regularly and add and replace them in time;
(3) Check whether the circuit, gas circuit, and oil circuit are normal; ensure that various instruments, signals, lights, and switches are working properly;
(4) The water tank contains enough water;
(5) Check whether the engine, power distributor, transmission system and water pump are operating normally;
(6) Check whether the connections of fire-fighting components such as pump rooms, equipment boxes, and water tanks are loose. If damaged, replace them in time;
(7) Check the sealing performance of water pumps, vacuum pumps and water inlet and outlet systems;
(8) If there is slight leakage when the water pump is in use, it is normal. If the leakage exceeds the normal value, it should be readjusted.
Adjustment should be done with the pump running;
(9) After use, the vacuum pump and gearbox must be checked to see if the oil level is within the specified range;
(10) The water pipe is not damaged and the sealing ring remains intact;
(11) When leaving the vehicle in the cold season, the heating switch located in the cab should be turned on to heat the water outlet ball valve;
(12) The remaining water in water pumps, outlet valves, etc. should be drained after use, and the inside of pipelines and ball valves should be pressure purged in cold seasons;
(13) All valves should be opened and closed frequently and greased with a small amount of grease;
(14) The vehicle should be rinsed clean after use, and the exterior should be dried with a clean, soft gauze or towel to maintain its luster;
(15) Fire apparatus should be fixed and kept intact in quantity.
