1.Maximize the use of compression stroke and box volume:
The core of the Garbage rear loader is the compression mechanism (such as scrapers and slide plates) to compact the loose garbage. The Isuzu GIGA F-serious 16CBM Garbage compactor truck usually reciprocates from the rear to the front of the box.
CS truck engineer considered that if the rear filling bucket and the box entrance are designed too low, the garbage will accumulate at a lower position at the rear of the box when it is initially poured in. When the compression mechanism is pushed forward for the first time, it can only push the garbage accumulated at the bottom, and the upper space is not effectively utilized, the compression efficiency is low, and the single loading volume is small.
After repeated communication with European customers, CS truck technicians improved the design of the rear filling bucket and the box entrance, so that the garbage poured by the Isuzu GIGA waste compactor truck initially falls at a relatively high position in the middle and rear of the box. When the compression mechanism moves forward, it can not only push the garbage horizontally, but also effectively compact the garbage downward, making full use of the height and volume of the entire box, and significantly improving the loading efficiency and compaction ratio.


2.Preventing garbage spillage and improving sanitation:
The Isuzu FTR rear loader's high rear bucket edge can form a better containment effect. When the garbage bin is lifted and dumped by the lifting arm, it can more effectively prevent the garbage from being blown out or scattered outside the vehicle, especially when the wind is strong or the garbage is light (such as paper scraps, plastic bags). The garbage in the garbage bin falls from the high place of the bucket into the deep part of the bin, reducing the possibility of garbage rebounding or splashing out at the entrance, helping to keep the work area clean and hygienic.
