Accelerator control can realized full-automatic control by control electric system, which meet the power needs of operation of compressing and dumping garbage; in other working condition, engine get into idle state automatically that can reduce power wasting and faults rate.

How to operate the garbage compactor trucks

1. The control panel in the cab is located on the upper left side of the control console in the cab, as shown as below, which have totally 8 buttons and makes it possible for the operator to unload garbage without getting off the truck.

2	Clean-up	Press this button, the compressing-filling mechanism will carry out one "Compression cycle" and clean up all garbage inside the pre-compress when the pre-compressor is in the lift state.
3	Loading mode	Press this button, the truck is switched to loading mode and the operator can control the loading operation button at the rear of the truck for loading operation.
4	Unloading mode	Press this button, the truck is switched to the loading mode and the operator can control the unloading operation button inside the cab to carry out the unloading operation, while the loading operation is not accessible.
5	Pre-compressor lift	Press this button when the truck is in the unloading mode, the pre-compressor begins to lift up; release this button, the pre-compressor stops lifting
6	Pre-compressor drop	Press this button when the truck is in the unloading mode, the pre-compressor begins to fall down; release this button, the pre-compressor stops falling
7	Push Shovel push-out	Press this button when the truck is in the unloading mode, the push shovel starts to push out; release this button, the push shovel stops pushing
8	Push Shovel retract back	Press this button when the truck is in the unloading mode, the push shovel starts to retract back; release this button, the push shovel stops retracting

2. The rear control panel is installed on both sides of the end of pre-compressor, as shown as below. Wherein, the right button box can be used by the operator to carry out the functions of lifting and tilting can (bucket), compressing and filling; the left manual valve can control the opening and closing of the pneumatic pre-compressor cover (this function is only applicable for vehicles equipped with bucket-tilting mechanism as the feeding mechanism); and the left single-hole button is the emergency stop button.

5	Scraper open	Press this button in manual mode, the scraper open; release this button, scraper stops
6	Scraper closed	Press this button in manual mode, the scraper close; release this button, scraper stops
7	Slider upwards	Press this button in manual mode, the slider goes upwards; release this button, slider stops
8	Slider downwards	Press this button in manual mode, the slider goes downwards; release this button, slider stops.
9	Down/up	This Knob can be used to control the action of the lifting mechanism. When switching the knob to “down”, the lifting mechanism performs the descending action; when switching the knob to “up”, the lifting mechanism performs the ascending action; when loosening the knob, the lifting mechanism stops.
