Waste compactor trucks, also known as rear load garbage trucks, are new sanitation vehicles that collect, transfer and transport garbage to avoid secondary pollution. The rear tailgate of the garbage compactor is used to connect with the trash can or garbage bucket, and together they are combined into a mobile garbage transfer station to realize pollution-free recycling and transportation of multiple buckets of garbage in one vehicle. It effectively prevents secondary pollution caused by scattering and flying during collection and transportation.
The compactor body of our ISUZU rear loader trash truck is a new type of ribless structure with a beautiful arc shape and an effective compression volume of 10 cubic meters. The tailgate is equipped with a flip mechanism, with both electronic and manual operation modes. The control box is installed in the cab and the rear of the tailgate. There is a 3 mm thick rubber sealing strip at the rear and a large-capacity sewage tank. The vehicle can be printed with patterns and text according to customer needs.

1. Hydraulic pump failure
The hydraulic pump is the core component of the hydraulic system of the rear load trash truck. If the hydraulic pump does not work properly, the entire hydraulic system will lose power and cannot work normally. Common faults include pump body wear, pump shaft wear, internal oil leakage, etc. The maintenance method is to replace the hydraulic pump or repair the pump body.
2. Hydraulic cylinder failure
The hydraulic cylinder is the hydraulic actuator of the refuse compactor truck. If the hydraulic cylinder fails, the entire hydraulic system will stop working and the operation cannot be completed normally. Common faults include worn seals, clogged valve openings, etc. The repair method is to replace the seal or clean the valve.
3. Oil leakage from oil pipe
