Technical Specification
Isuzu Skiploaders truck are known for their strength, durability and reliability. In the most arduous and aggressive of all truck-operating environments, you can rely on the performance of our skip lorries – day-in, day-out.
Our 10t -15t gvw chassis range is covered by three Skiploader model options. All three models come complete with twin telescopic arms, rear independent stabiliser feet, ground-level lever controls and electro-pneumatic tip hooks – all built to CHEM standards.
Additional features can include a motion controlled radio remote control, which allows the operator to stand anywhere around the vehicle, skips can be loaded and unloaded with significantly greater precision and safety.
Drawbar couplings and sheeting systems are also readily available and compatible. We now even offer a demountable Skiploader.

TRAINING |
An operating and maintenance training for the buyer personnel is provided in our factory for 2 days till it’s believed all necessary details are shared.If it’s requested , our technical team (consisting 2 technician) could also travel to the buyer’s homeland in order to provide this training. In this case, all transportation and accommodation costs ( visas – plane tickets – airline fees – motorway transportation –hotel room – meals etc.) on route of “Suizhou – Buyer’s Field – Suizhou” is undertaken by the buyer. Normally, total training time doesn’t get longer than 2 days with all necessary conditions are met. |

Platform
• There is a sub-frame with cross members made to suit the truck chassis. There are specially formed side members enclosed in the platform. The landing legs at the rear end are connected to side members. The platform is made from chequered steel. There are side and front stoppers for centering of the container
Lifting Arms
• There are two robust lifting arms to lift the containers on to the platform and to tilt them to discharge. The lifting arms are rigidly connected to each other at the rotation axis to synchronize movement. There are lubricated bushing at rotating joints. There are chains on the lifting arms to lift the containers. Specially formed hooks for lifting to the containers. There is a pneumatically actuated hook to hold the containers while tipping.
Landing Legs
• There are two landing legs at the rear to provide stability during the container lifting. The legs are controlled independently and hydraulically operated.
