» Ⅳ. Weilong 80QZBF-60/90 Sprinkler Pump Working Principle:

The HOWO 22-cubic-meter water spray truck is equipped with the Weilong 80QZBF-60/90 self-priming centrifugal water pump, which operates on the principle of centrifugal force. The pump draws engine power from the power take-off (PTO) to drive the internal impeller at high speed. The impeller swirls water from the center toward the outer edges, creating a high-pressure stream that is ejected from the outlet. Simultaneously, a vacuum low-pressure zone is created in the center, which uses atmospheric pressure to continuously draw water from the inlet, enabling continuous operation.

The key to this "self-priming" capability lies in its ability to automatically evacuate air from the pump, creating a vacuum. This allows for rapid water extraction from rivers and wells without pre-filling, with an efficiency of up to 60 m³/h, making it the core of the sprinkler truck's efficient operation.
