The ISUZU 45m manlift truck utilizes the ISUZU FTR chassis, renowned for its robust load-carrying capacity and exceptional off-road performance. Coupled with the ISUZU GIGA 4X level VC61 cab, it not only provides operators with a spacious and comfortable working environment but also ensures stable driving on complex terrains. The cab can accommodate three people, facilitating team collaboration and improving work efficiency.
The ISUZU FTR 45m bucket lift truck adopts a seven-section hexadecagonal telescoping boom with synchronous telescoping technology. This design simplifies the movement of the boom, making it easier to operate and execute actions swiftly, with a wide operational range. The maximum working height of the boom reaches 45 meters, and the maximum working radius is 27 meters, with a luffing angle range of -18° to 80°, meeting the needs of various aerial work tasks. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with front and rear V-shaped three-section outriggers, which can be adjusted individually or synchronously, with both vertical and horizontal spans reaching 8600mm, providing the vehicle with strong support and stability.
The ISUZU FTR aerial lift truck features a rear-mounted working platform design, making it more convenient for personnel to board and disembark. The stainless steel basket measures 1600×700×1000mm and has a load capacity of 200kg, satisfying the personnel and material transportation requirements during aerial work. In terms of the operating system, the vehicle offers multiple operation modes, including wireless remote control, in-platform operation, manual control with three sets of operating systems, and a manual emergency system, ensuring flexible and safe operation. Furthermore, the working platform is equipped with a hydraulic automatic leveling function, further enhancing the stability and safety of the operation.
