Working Principle
The VTP-3200 water ring vacuum pump relies on the rotation of the impeller to form a closed water ring, which continuously draws air from the inside of the cleaning tank of the sewage suction truck to create negative pressure. It then uses atmospheric pressure to suck sewage and sludge into the tank, thus completing the suction operation.
High Pressure Cleaning Pump
This vehicle is equipped with a three cylinder plunger high pressure pump with a rated pressure of 16MPa and a maximum pressure of 22MPa. It outputs high pressure water at a high flow rate of 215L/min, which powerfully breaks up the hardened dirt in the pipes and achieves pipe dredging and cleaning.
Working Principle
The high pressure cleaning pump uses a power driven plunger to pressurize clean water through reciprocating motion, and outputs a high pressure water flow to break up the hardened dirt inside the pipe, thus completing the pipe dredging and cleaning operation.
