The vehicle is modified based on GIGA 8X4 chassis, with a total mass of 31 tons and a wheelbase of 1850+3000+1370mm to ensure stability in complex road conditions; it is equipped with Isuzu 6UZ1-TCG61 engine (380 horsepower) and Fast 12-speed gearbox, which has strong power and smooth shifting. The upper body adopts a "10 cbm full hot-dip galvanized suction tank + 2 cbm PP clean water tank" double tank design, which supports simultaneous suction and cleaning operations, and is equipped with JUROP PVT400 vacuum pump and PINFL/MGS50 high-pressure pump, which can quickly suck high-viscosity dirt and clean pipes.
The vehicle integrates modules such as suction boom, high-pressure cleaning reel, suction pipe, liquid level pipe, etc., and the tailgate hydraulic lock and wave-breaking plate design improve safety. A single device can achieve full coverage of scenarios such as sewer dredging, septic tank cleaning, and river sludge suction, significantly reducing users' operating costs.

2. Powertrain
◇ Engine: Original Isuzu 6UZ1-TCG61 inline six-cylinder diesel engine, with a maximum power of 380 horsepower, meeting the National VI emission standards, with low fuel consumption and high reliability.

Upper structure and functional modules
1 Tank system
◇ Sewage suction tank: 10cbm in volume, made of fully hot-dipped galvanised steel plate (Fully Hot-Dipped Galvanised), resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, strong impact resistance and long service life.
◇ Clean water tank: 2cbm of PP (polypropylene) material tanks are set on both sides, which are light and corrosion-resistant, suitable for high-pressure cleaning operations. Hydrant Fill Point supports direct water injection from municipal fire hydrants to improve work efficiency. Top water injection port for conventional water addition
2. Sewage suction system
◇ Vacuum pump: JUROP PVT400 liquid ring vacuum pump is used, driven by auxiliary engine, with a suction speed of 2600m³/h and a vacuum degree of 27.8hg, which can quickly suck high-viscosity sludge and sewage.
◇ Sewage suction boom: The tank top is equipped with a sewage suction boom with a 360° swivel joint and an operating radius of 8 meters;
◇ Sewage suction pipe reel: The tail of the tank is equipped with a sewage pipe reel with a maximum suction depth of 8 meters.
◇ Discharge system: The tail is equipped with a hydraulically controlled rear door self-unloading mechanism with a DN150 ball valve discharge port for rapid mud discharge.
3. High-pressure cleaning system
◇ High-pressure pump: The PINFL MGS50 three-plunger high-pressure pump is used, with a rated pressure of 25MPa and a flow rate of 287L/min, which can powerfully flush the sediment on the inner wall of the pipeline.
◇ High-pressure cleaning reel: The tail is equipped with a 30-meter high-pressure hose with a self-rewinding function, which is easy to operate.
◇ Spray gun: A rotating nozzle or a straight spray gun can be selected to meet different cleaning needs.
4. Auxiliary equipment
◇ Tool box: A tool box is set under the clean water tank to store maintenance tools and accessories.
o Liquid level monitoring: The tank body is equipped with a transparent liquid level tube to monitor the liquid volume in the clean water tank and the sewage tank in real time to prevent overload.

» Ⅳ. Working Principle:
1. High-pressure cleaning process
● The auxiliary engine drives the high-pressure pump to draw water from the clean water tank, pressurize it, and spray it through the high-pressure hose and spray gun. The high-pressure water flow is used to flush the inner wall of the pipe to remove oil, sludge and other sediments.
● The rotating nozzle can be optionally equipped to achieve 360° cleaning without dead ends and improve work efficiency.
2. Sewage suction process
● The vacuum pump runs to form negative pressure in the sewage suction tank, and external sewage and sludge are sucked into the tank through the sewage suction pipe.
● After full suction, the vehicle is transported to the designated discharge point and quickly unloaded through the hydraulic tailgate and discharge valve.
