A water truck is a specialized vehicle that equipped with a water tank designed for transporting large quantities of non-potable or potable water. Based on different type chassis and truck model ISUZU 100P, 600P, NKR, 700P, ELF, NPR, NQR, FTR, FSR, FRR, FVR, FVZ, GIGA 4x2, GIGA 6x4, GIGA 8x4 model, the volume of our water tankers range from 3,000 to 30,000 liters.
The water tank truck mounted with water tanker with stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum steel, food grade stainless steel 304-2B, which is equipped with a horizontal baffle to prevent shaking during transportation. A water level gauge mounted on the front of the tank allows the operator to easily check the water level without having to climb to the top of the tank.

Water Tanker Truck Specifications
3.5. Water Tanker
- The tank body shall be metal atmospheric pressure tank body
- Material shall be carbon, stainless steel, carbon steel or equivalent and shall be corrosion resistance
- The inside of the tank shall be equipped with a wave-proof plate, and longitudinal wave-proof plate that can reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank on the head and the barrel
- Shall have sedimentation tank and sewage outlet which are arranged at the bottom of the tank body, which is suited to open irregularly according to the situation, for releasing accumulated dirt in the sedimentation tank.
- The water tank shall be mounted behind the driver cabin with a gap of min.450 mm.
- The mounting of tank shall be directly on the chassis and as per the design approved by the chassis manufacturer
- The water tank shall have a capacity of 30000 litters when fully filled
- The tank construction shall be such that there shall be no leakage
- The tank shall be mounted on the chassis with minimum of four saddle supports placed as per the availability of bolt holes in the chassis frame.
- The tank shall be provided with suitable arrangement of baffle plates to prevent the surge of water when the vehicle is in motion and accelerating, braking in speed and covering.
- The baffle shall be arranged in a manner to facilitate the movement of a person throughout the tank for cleaning and welding purposes.
- The tank shall be fitted with 100mm dia. Overflow galvanized pipe taken down
- below the chassis but without reducing the ground clearance.
- A draw galvanized pipe of 100 mm dia shall be taken from the tank to the pump suction inlet, incorporating 100 mm butterfly valve of flexible connection (Rubber Below) shall be provided to this pipe to take the vibrations.
- The water tank shall be 5 mm tested plates fabricated.
- The water tank shall have compartments combined by small cut outs in the baffle/separating wall at both top and bottom.
- All steel components are chemically pre-treated including raisins to prevent rusting and phosphating.
3.6. Water system
the waterway system mainly consists of a water pump, a front water spray, a high-spray spray gun, a rear sprinkler, a pressure drain, and a self-flowing drain device.

3.7. Pump
Hydraulic system driven water pump shall be mounted on the side platform.
It shall a self – priming system from nearby water source.
3.8. Sprinkling System
3 different types of sprinkling systems: - Horizontal & vertically inclined 2 arms at the rear end of the tank covering a width of 40 feet - Gravity flow through horizontal bar system - Water monitor mounted on the top of the tank with a throw of more than 40 meters
3.9. Spiral Nozzles
Spiral coned nozzle for mist - type water sprinkling to a fine spray of less than 500 microns, while allowing the usage of pond water without clogging the nozzles.
