compression garbage truck is a vehicle specially designed to collect and compress garbage, and the filler is an important part of it. The filler is mainly responsible for compressing the collected garbage quickly and efficiently, thereby reducing the space occupied.
First, the garbage is collected into the storage room of the garbage truck. The collected waste is usually loose and messy items that cannot be transported and processed directly. A storage chamber is usually a large container that can hold larger quantities of waste. Then, the filler starts working.
Typically, the filler passes through a complex system that includes one or more hydraulic cylinders, augers, and pressure controllers. These components work together to maximize waste compression. First, the hydraulic cylinder is activated. The piston in the hydraulic cylinder begins to rise, a process assisted by a screw propulsion device, until the cylinder reaches its maximum elevation.
Then, the propeller begins to rotate. The auger propeller device is composed of a spiral conveyor belt that can push garbage from the front to the rear. During the operation of the filler, the screw propelling device continuously pushes the garbage to the rear. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder continues to rise, exerting pressure on the garbage, and continues to exert pressure on the garbage until the garbage is compressed to the minimum size.
The pressure controller ensures that the movement of the hydraulic cylinder is stopped after the waste reaches the required compression level. Eventually, when the garbage reaches a certain level of compression, the filler completes its job. At this point, the garbage truck can continue its next collection while the filler waits for the next batch of garbage to arrive.
