What is garbage compactor trucks from CS TRUCKS
Garbage collection assembly: High Strength steel material T420 tanker body for garbage storage, with tailgate, slide plate, scraper, push plate and tilting device, also matched with suitable hydraulic cylinder to realize garbage loading and unloading working.

The working process of compressed garbage truck-mounted trash cans is mainly divided into four links: collection, compression, transportation and unloading.
The first is the collection link. Garbage workers will gather trash cans scattered throughout the city to fixed collection points. At these collection points, one or more compressed garbage trucks are waiting. The vehicle is equipped with a special lifting and unloading device to facilitate the connection of the trash can to the vehicle. When the compressed garbage truck arrives at the collection point, the garbage worker will connect the trash can with the compressed garbage truck. During the connection process, it is necessary to ensure that the trash can is placed correctly and close to the trash can loading area of the vehicle for subsequent compression processing.
After the connection is completed, workers will use locking rods to lock the trash can on the vehicle to ensure that there will be no accidents during transportation. After completing the collection process, the compressed garbage truck will begin compression processing. First, the vehicle will move the compression device to the designated position, and then press the device down over the trash can. The compression device has strong pressure and can compress the waste into a smaller volume.
During the compression process, the compressed garbage truck will detect the pressure in the garbage bin through sensors and adjust the pressure in a timely manner. Once the pressure reaches the set value, the compression device automatically stops operating. After completing the compression process, the compressed garbage truck will begin the transportation process. At this time, the driver will start the vehicle and drive the compressed garbage truck away from the collection point and go to the designated garbage disposal site.
During transportation, drivers need to pay attention to driving safety and ensure that the vehicle drives smoothly to avoid damage to the trash can. Finally, after the compressed garbage truck arrives at the garbage disposal site, it undergoes the unloading process. After the vehicle stops, the driver will operate the unloading device to dump the compressed garbage into the garbage disposal equipment, and then return to the vehicle to unload the trash can from the compressed garbage truck.
