Products Details
Pressing and filling mechanism
The pressing and filling mechanism presses the garbage in the hopper into the box through the up and down sliding of the slide plate and the rotation of the scraper. Each component is made of strong beam plate or box structure, which is firm in structure and light in weight. The filling hopper is made of wear-resistant high-strength steel with good wear resistance.
Loading method
Different garbage loading methods can be selected according to customer needs. Our refuse compactor trucks have three commonly used types: hanging bucket type (can hang iron barrels and plastic barrels), semi-sealed bucket type and swing arm type. Special designs can also be made based on customers' unique needs.
Tailgate lifting system
The lifting device of the tailgate adopts a hydraulic lifting safety circuit. A one-way balance valve is installed on the lifting cylinder in the hydraulic system. This valve blocks the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose. Even if the oil pipe breaks, the tailgate will not suddenly fall and cause an accident.
Waste water collection tank
The bottom of the compactor body is equipped with a waste water collection tank to prevent the sewage in the compactor from leaking, effectively preventing the occurrence of secondary pollution.
Rear electronic control box
Rear electronic control operation CAN bus control system, Bosch patented technology, industrial-grade LAN control, realizes automatic cycle work of the skateboard and scraper; electronic control at the rear of the vehicle and control in the cab.
Front manual operation
The hydraulic operating valve at the rear of the cab controls the work of the flipping mechanism and the pressure-filling mechanism, ensuring that the actions of each mechanism are accurate and reliable, and improving the reliability of the vehicle.
