Isuzu rear loader description

When ISUZU FTR truck chassis arrived our factory, throughly checking the truck, installing the PTO on MLD gearbox, so can get power from truck chassis

Based on CAD drawing of the ISUZU FTR truck chassis, building the customized 10cbm dumpster compactor body, and rear tilting device can be optional to loading 240L, 360L, 660L, 770L and 1100L bins

How to use rear loader
A compression garbage truck is a heavy-duty mechanical equipment used to collect, compress and transport garbage. Due to the harsh working environment and high work intensity, compressed garbage trucks have relatively many wearing parts. Common wearing parts will be described in detail below.
1, the compression device of the garbage truck is one of the key components. It consists of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pump. Long-term and high-frequency operation will cause the seals of the hydraulic cylinder to wear and the transmission belt of the hydraulic pump to loosen easily, which will lead to a decrease in the compression effect. Secondly, the garbage bin of the compressed garbage truck is also one of the wearing parts.
2,Due to the compression and impact of large amounts of garbage every day, the wall thickness of garbage bins gradually decreases and is prone to problems such as deformation, wear and damage. In addition, due to the presence of sharp and sharp objects in the garbage, such as glass bottles, iron sheets, etc., they can also cause scratches and punctures to the garbage bin.
3, the hydraulic pipeline of the garbage truck is also one of the wearing parts. A large number of hydraulic pipelines are subjected to high pressure and violent movements during the garbage compression process, and are prone to wear, leakage, and rupture. Especially in winter, due to the influence of low temperature, cracks are prone to occur in the bends of hydraulic pipelines.
4, the transmission system of the compressed garbage truck is also one of the wearing parts. The transmission system mainly includes the engine, clutch, transmission and drive shaft. Long-term and high-intensity work will cause wear and tear on the engine, clutch and transmission, and the drive shaft is also prone to breakage and bending.
