The customized Isuzu 4x4 garbage compactor truck is 100% customized and produced by CS trucks, which use ISUZU truck chassis QL1073BUKAY model, PTO (Power Take Off) and Gear Pump, driving system axles, CAN-BUS electric control system with main box in cabin and rear box on hopper, Hydraulic system including rear hopper, tilting device, slide plate, scraper, push plate and matched hydraulic cylinders. Different type painting and logos are all designed and build based on requirement, which means the truck is an ideal Isuzu garbage compactor truck used for garbage collection, compression and transportation.

The operator and user should fully understand whole Component and Working Principle for ISUZU Rear Loader Garbage Compactor Truck before any operation. Only trained person can operate this vehicle properly and to prevent unnecessary accidents and equipment damage, so can longly extend the service life.
1, What is the component for Garbage compactor truck?
The garbage compactor truck is refitted based on the ISUZU 4x4 chassis. The refit part includes garbage collection assembly, actuator device and operation system.
Garbage collection assembly: High Strength steel material tanker body for garbage storage, with tailgate, slide plate, scraper, push plate and tilting device to realize garbage loading and unloading working.
Actuator device: includes power take off, drive line, etc., which can pass the power from the chassis to the gear pump.
Operation system: including CAN Electric control system (Main control box in cabin & Rear control box at side of tailgate) and Hydraulic Joystick control system, this helps come to all special functions' convert.

2, What is the Hydraulic System for NPR 4x4 Garbage Compactor Truck?
Isuzu garbage compactor trucks mainly use Hydraulic System to realise all funcitons:
- PTO and Oil Pump to get power from Isuzu truck chassis
- Hydraulic Valve to control all component working
- CAN-BUS electric box is matched use with Hydraulic Valve
- Tilt Device and Hydraulic Cylinder for garbage collection from internation standard 120L, 240L, 360L, 660L, 770L and 1100L internationa bins
- Scraper and Hydraulic Cylinder for garbage collection from the hopper
- Slide Plate and Hydraulic Cylinder for garbage into and compactor body
- Push Plate and Hydraulic Cylinder for garbage compressing while loading and discharging process
- Tailgate and Hydraulic Cylinder for garbage discharge from the Isuzu rear loader garbage truck
3, Special Notice for Isuzu 4x4 all wheel drive rear loader compactor truck?
- Truck with Off-road functions mainly used in bad road conditions, with recommend speed not too high.
- Off-road truck not allowed driving with speed over 50km/h. If speed at 50km/h, truck should stop for one hour after 3~4 hours continue driving, which can dissipate heat from the gearbox. Carefully checking gearbox air hole after long time driving, if have oil overflow, which means the gearbox temperature too high.
- Strictly avoid misoperation, Four Drive 4x4 model can be only used at Low Speed. Two Drive 4x2 & Four Drive 4x4 can be only operated when truck stopped. Because misoperation during driving will damage the axle.
- Front Axle Maintenance: Add grease every week; Change new axle oil every 1500km / 3 months; Change new gearbox oil every 2000km (Oil volume approx. 4500ml)
- No Overloading Operation: Strictly forbidden overloading.

- Combined electric-air-liquid control, utilize the advantages of electronic control, gas control and hydraulic control to control and convert the energy, thus ensuring the accurate and reliable operation of each mechanism, and improving the reliability and efficiency of operation.
- The electronic control system adopts the electrical components produced by well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers, and CAN-BUS integrated control is adopted to reduce the failure rate and prevent accidents caused by misoperation.
- Convenient operation control, the operation control box is respectively installed in the cab and the rear, the operation control box in the cab can be used to control the pushing and unloading and select the operation mode, the operation control box on the right side of the rear can be used to control the operation of the compressing-filling mechanism and the bucket-lifting mechanism, which is quite convenient; especially for working in the landfill, the operator can unload garbage without getting off.
- Pneumatic control is adopted to open and close the pre-compressor cover, with elegant and simple appearance and friendly operation.
- During the compression, filling and transportation, the garbage shall be under closed state, and unique technology of "sealing" and "dredging" is adopted to greatly reduce the dripping and spraying of sewage in the process of collection and transportation.
