FAW 8CBM Garbage Compactor Truck, produced by CS TRUCKS, boasts an aesthetically pleasing design, high cost-effectiveness, safety, reliability, and user-friendly operation. It is built on a modified FAW RHD chassis. The superstructure consists of a sealed garbage compartment, packing device, push plate, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical control system. The fully enclosed vehicle adopts electromechanical-hydraulic integration technology, utilizing an automated control system to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. Through specialized devices such as the garbage compartment, packing device, and push plate, it enables waste dumping, crushing or flattening, forceful loading, compaction, and discharge.
The FAW RHD rear loader has an effective compactor volume of 8 cubic meters. Its body is constructed from 4mm-thick T420 high-strength special steel plates, featuring an arc-shaped design and nine hydraulic cylinders. The control system supports both PLC electric and manual operation. The rear lifting mechanism can handle two 240L bins and one 660L bin, meeting diverse waste capacity needs. The tailgate is designed with a wastewater collection tank at the bottom, allowing sewage from the compartment to flow into it. During waste discharge, the sewage can be released via a ball valve, minimizing secondary pollution.

Products Features
The arc-shaped body structure is designed to ensure optimal performance. Made from high-quality T420 steel, it enhances wear resistance while improving aesthetic appeal. The entire vehicle is coated with authentic two-component epoxy paint from a leading manufacturer, offering strong adhesion, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting color retention without peeling. Its gloss level is twice that of ordinary paint.
The hydraulic system uses seamless high-pressure metal pipes for all main oil lines, ensuring safety, reliability, superior sealing, and resistance to high/low temperatures and corrosion. The thickened return oil pipes facilitate smooth pressure return, significantly improving the vehicle's operational performance.
A double-layer rubber seal is applied between the garbage compactor and the tailgate. Equipped with two standard wastewater collection tanks and a drainage collection system at the sealing points, it effectively prevents sewage leakage.
The Siemens PLC integrates manual and electric control operation modes, featuring an in-cab control panel and a remote-control device, making the entire vehicle smarter and more user-friendly.
