Sewage suction truck is a type of sanitation vehicle. It has the advantages of self-priming and self-draining, fast working speed, and convenient transportation. It is mainly used for sewer sewage pumping, shipping and discharge, and plays an important role in sanitation work in cities and towns.
How to use the Shacman sewage suction truck correctly?
1.It is strictly forbidden to start the engine when the water tank is short of water. When the water tank is short of water, starting the engine and running the water pump dry will damage the water pump.
2.Please stop working in time when there is a water shortage prompt. When a water shortage prompt occurs during operation, the operation should be stopped promptly to avoid dry-heating of the water pump and damage to the water pump.
3.The auxiliary engine cannot be started when the water filter inlet ball valve is closed. When the main water valve near the water filter is closed, the engine cannot be started. Please ensure that the main water valve is open before operating.
4.Do not adjust the maximum speed limit of the engine without permission to allow the engine to over speed, otherwise it will cause the high-pressure water pump to over speed and be damaged.
5.When the water temperature is below 0ºC, it is prohibited to use this vehicle for operation, otherwise the water pump will be damaged. The water in the water tank, water pump and pipeline should be drained before stopping use in winter. The water in the water tank can be drained through the low-pressure flushing nozzle. The water in the water pipe can be drained through the drain ball valve at the lower part of the water pipe. Each ball valve should be set to the "open" position, otherwise the water accumulated in the valve body will freeze and damage the valve body. If the pump is frozen or frozen, do not operate the pump unless the entire system is completely thawed, otherwise the pump and seals will be damaged.
6.Avoid using high-pressure water guns to flush electrical components. (The electrical components installed outdoors in our vehicles have certain waterproof properties, but when flushed with strong water flow such as high-pressure water guns, there is a risk of functional failure or short circuit of the electrical components.)
7.When starting the operation, the main ball valve switch of the waterway should be opened, otherwise there will be no pressure in the operation;
8.When operating the high-pressure spray gun, be sure to first check whether the quick-plug connector is in place. Otherwise, it is prohibited to open the spray gun button. It is strictly forbidden to point the gun muzzle at a person during operation. After the operation is completed, first turn off the rocker switch of the hand-held spray gun, and then turn the spray gun on. Plug connector disconnected.
9.When performing low-pressure cleaning operations, do not turn on more than two sprinkler switches at the same time, otherwise the cleaning effect will be reduced.
10.During low-pressure cleaning operations, the vehicle must be stopped before shifting gears are allowed.
11.When the engine is operating, it is very dangerous to be close to or come into contact with rotating objects such as drive shafts, pulleys, belts, and fans. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to approach or contact the above components while the engine is operating;
12.When the engine is operating or just stopped, the exhaust pipe, muffler, radiator, expansion tank, cylinder and other components are very hot. It is strictly forbidden to touch the above components at this time;
13.Operating the engine without engine oil and coolant will cause permanent damage to the engine. It is not allowed to operate the engine without coolant and engine oil.
14.Routine inspection and maintenance of the engine are particularly important to the life of the engine. Routine inspection and maintenance of the upper power must be strictly carried out;
15.The use of genuine parts and oil is the basic guarantee for the life of the engine. Be sure to use genuine parts and oil to maintain or repair the engine.
16. Using high-quality fuel will provide better protection for the supply system. It is recommended to refuel at regular gas stations.
