Working principle of the sewage suction pump: The main power of the sewage suction pump comes from the engine. The engine transmits it to the vacuum pump through the gearbox, power take-off, and transmission shaft. During the sewage suction work, the vacuum pump draws out the air in the sealed tank to form a negative pressure, and utilizes The atmospheric pressure outside the tank presses the dirt into the tank through the sewage suction pipe. During the discharge, the vacuum pump presses the atmospheric pressure outside the tank into the tank, and uses the air pressure to discharge the dirt out of the tank.
There are two most commonly used sewage suction pumps in sewage suction trucks, one is a vacuum oil pump and the other is a water circulation pump. Vacuum oil pumps are also called rotary vane vacuum pumps. They are low vacuum pumps and can be used alone or as an auxiliary front for other high-end vacuum pumps or ultra-high-end vacuum pumps.

The water ring pump relies on changes in the volume of the pump chamber to achieve suction, compression and exhaust, thereby completing the suction and discharge of the sewage suction truck.
