1. Rinse the car body after daily work, wipe the glass and rearview mirror; rinse the inside of the trash can, filler and sewage tank to remove residual garbage. When washing the car, do not spray water directly onto electrical components and the air inlet of the fuel tank. . Clean the sealing joint surface to ensure a good seal, and avoid damaging the rubber sealing strips and gaskets due to sharp or hard objects in the garbage.
2. Check the engine oil level and coolant level, and add if necessary. After starting the engine, listen to see if it is running normally, and check if the car's instruments, lights, service brakes, parking brakes, steering system and power take-off are normal.
3. Check the liquid level in the hydraulic oil tank. The oil level in the oil tank must not be lower than the minimum height indicated by the oil mark. If the oil is insufficient, add oil. Inspection method: The pusher cylinder and slide cylinder are in the fully retracted position, the scraper cylinder is in the fully extended position, and the loader is in the closed state.
4. Check the working device controls, electronic control buttons and sensors. If there are any problems, they should be adjusted or replaced in time.
Check the entire vehicle for oil, water, and air leaks.
Check whether the tire nut, various bolts, nuts and pins are loose; check the tire appearance and air pressure.
