It is based on original truck chassis, mounted with suitable cargo body, also with customized refrigerator unit CARRIER, THERMO KING, or Chinese Brand, which used to transport frozen or fresh goods, fresh Milk ,fresh vegetables and fruits, vaccine drugs etc. It is equipped with a refrigeration unit and polyurethane insulated van.
Advanced features for Shacman L3000 Freezer Truck:
1. It is made of GRP and PU foam with all-closed structure that the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic Fiber) outside and PU foam in the core.
2. Light in weight: 40% lighter than metal body.
3. Non-corrosion, non-pollution, anti-brine, acid and soda-resisting.
4. The panel used for the truck body was constructed in type of sandwich. The thermal insulation layer is 50-80mm thick, which offers a very good thermal insulation performance.
5. Length of Cargo body: 10-40 inch; Capacity of Cargo body: 5-70CBM. The material of the cargo body is optional according to which kinds of goods the truck transport, with perfect heat preservation, box open model: Rear double-open or Side-open.
6. Refrigeration unit Brand Optioanl: American CARRIER, THERMO KING. South Korea hanya. China Songhan, hanxue, etc. The Temperature range can be 0° C ~ -20° C. How to operation freezer truck
Be familiar with Rear Refrigerated Unit Control Box then can control the Freezer truck.
ON/OFF Button: Control the Refrigerator Units ON & OFF
Turn ON Operation → Press once, the refrigerator units start working (Bumming once)
Turn OFF Operation → Press two second, the refrigerator units stop working (Bumming three times)
Defrost Button: Control the defrost function
Press two second
Bumming three times → Defrost function start, 
indicator is ON
Bumming five times → Defrost function temperature setting not suitable, you need to change the temperature setting.
After amend the temperature setting, and then you can control the defrost function.
Setting Button / Increase Button (Upside Button) / Decrease Button (Downside Button): Control the Refrigerator Units Temperature
Setting Button Operation → Press once, the screen show the Setting Temperature or Sensor Temperature (Basic show)
Temperature Operation → When screen show Setting Temperature, press Increase Button and Decrease Button to adjust the temperature.
