Products Description
ISUZU refrigerated box truck is a vehicle specially used to transport refrigerated goods. It is equipped with a refrigeration unit that can control the temperature and humidity inside the vehicle to ensure the freshness and quality of the goods. The main purpose of refrigerated trucks is to transport perishable food, medical supplies, fresh agricultural products and other goods that need to be kept at low temperatures.

The structure of a freezer truck is usually divided into two parts: the freezer body and the refrigeration device. The freezer body is usually made of metal materials, with thermal insulation materials and sealed doors inside to keep the temperature inside the van. Refrigeration units usually consist of compressors, heat exchangers, control systems, etc., which can adjust the temperature and humidity in the vehicle according to the needs of the goods. In addition, refrigerated trucks also have complete safety equipment, such as temperature alarms, oxygen concentration alarms, etc., which can issue alarms in time in an emergency to prevent damage to the goods.

Types of refrigeration units
The refrigeration units of chiller trucks are divided into two types: independent units and non-independent units. They are different in operating principles and structures.
An independent refrigeration unit means that the unit has a separate power source and is independent of the vehicle's engine and power system. This unit is usually powered by fuel or electricity and provides refrigeration and insulation functions for the cargo box through an independent refrigeration system. The advantage of the independent unit is that it can leave the vehicle for a long time and maintain a constant temperature in the cargo box without worrying about vehicle stalling or power outage. It is suitable for transporting goods that need to be kept refrigerated or kept warm for a long time.
A non-independent refrigeration unit means that the unit of a refrigerated truck is powered by the vehicle's own engine or electric system. In a non-independent unit, the heat from the engine is conducted into the van through sensors and pipes, and the temperature in the van is controlled through a fan or air conditioning system. The advantage of a non-independent unit is that it does not require additional independent unit investment and maintenance, and is suitable for short-term cargo transportation.
The difference between independent units and non-independent units is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Stability: The independent unit has a stable cooling effect without relying on the operating status of the vehicle itself, so it can maintain a constant temperature during long-term transportation and parking conditions. The non-independent unit is affected by the vehicle engine operation and power system supply, and has a certain dependence on the vehicle's operating status.
2. Flexibility: The independent unit can choose different energy types according to needs, such as diesel, gasoline or electricity, to adapt to different transportation environments. Energy options for dependent units are limited by the type of engine or electrical system in the vehicle itself.
3. Maintenance cost: Because independent units operate independently, they need to be maintained and maintained separately, and maintenance costs are relatively high. The maintenance and upkeep of the non-independent unit is mainly concentrated on the vehicle itself, and the maintenance cost is relatively low.
