Liquid ring vacuum pump introduction
The HOWO vacuum tank truck is equipped with liquid ring vacuum pump, which has good stability and long service life.
The liquid ring vacuum pump has a multi-blade rotor eccentrically installed in the pump casing. When it rotates, it throws the liquid towards the pump casing and forms a liquid ring concentric with the pump casing. The liquid ring and the rotor blades form a rotating variable volume vacuum pump with periodic changes in volume.
The liquid ring vacuum pump is a vacuum pump that relies on the rotation of the offset impeller in the pump chamber to periodically change the volume of the working chamber to achieve air extraction. Its working chamber is composed of a rotating liquid ring and an impeller, and its structure and working principle are similar to those of a liquid ring compressor.
When the working liquid is water, it is called a water ring vacuum pump. The water ring vacuum pump is a rough vacuum pump. The ultimate vacuum it can obtain is 2000~4000Pa. When connected in series with an atmospheric ejector, it can reach 270~670Pa.
When the impeller rotates clockwise as shown in the figure, the water is thrown around by the impeller. Due to the centrifugal force, the water forms a closed ring of equal thickness similar to the shape of the pump chamber. The inner surface of the lower part of the water ring is just tangent to the impeller hub, and the upper inner surface of the water ring is just in contact with the top of the blade. At this time, a crescent-shaped space is formed between the impeller hub and the water ring, and this space is divided by the impeller into several small cavities equal to the number of blades. If the lower part of the impeller is 0° as the starting point, then the volume of the small cavity changes from small to large when the impeller rotates 180° before, and is connected to the suction port on the end face. At this time, the gas is sucked in. When the suction ends, the small cavity Then it is isolated from the suction port; when the impeller continues to rotate, the small cavity changes from large to small, causing the gas to be compressed; when the small cavity is connected to the exhaust port, the gas is discharged out of the pump
