The ISUZU 240HP Sewer Flushing and Cleaning Truck is built on an Isuzu 4×2 chassis and equipped with a Euro 6 6HK1-TCG61 six-cylinder diesel engine and integrates an SK-12 water ring vacuum pump and a high pressure jet pump, combining the functions of high pressure flushing of pipelines and vacuum suction of sludge. It is suitable for municipal pipeline dredging, septic tank cleaning, construction site mud transportation, and livestock manure transportation, etc., making it a dual purpose vehicle that significantly reduces operating costs.
The vehicle's dual system operates in sync: the high pressure pump discharges water to break up debris in the pipes, while the SK-12 vacuum pump creates negative pressure to simultaneously suck away the debris. Upon completion, the tank is hydraulically lifted to discharge the sludge. With a wheelbase of 5000 mm, the vehicle offers excellent maneuverability. The water ring pump is resistant to sewage backflow and is easy to maintain, enabling sustained and stable operation even under complex sanitation conditions.

How does a Vacuum Jetting Truck work?

Pipe Unblocking
The high pressure jet, through the coordinated action of the nozzle and the reverse thrust, automatically enters the pipe, physically flushing and breaking up blockages and cleaning the pipe wall.

Sewage Suction
The vacuum pump creates negative pressure inside the tank, and atmospheric pressure is used to suck sludge and sewage into the tank. The water ring sealing structure is resistant to water vapor backflow, and the suction process is stable and does not jam.

Flexible Allocation
Clean water and sewage are stored in separate compartments, and the volume ratio of the two compartments can be freely adjusted by interconnecting ball valves, so that one vehicle can meet the needs of both cleaning and sewage suction.

Convenient Unloading
Supports two unloading methods: positive pressure discharge or hydraulic lifting and tilting. The hydraulic rear cover, combined with a large angle lifting, allows high concentration sludge to be emptied in one go.
