Powertrain and chassis
◉Powerful Power Output: Equipped with a Sinotruk MC07H.35P-61 diesel engine, delivering 258kW of power and meeting Euro VI emission standards, providing ample and environmentally friendly power support for the vehicle.
◉Reliable Chassis Configuration: Adopting a 4×2 drive configuration with a 4700mm wheelbase, it is matched with an 8 speed manual transmission and 295/80R22.5 tires, ensuring the vehicle's handling stability and load bearing capacity under complex road conditions.
Firefighting Capabilities
◉ High Efficiency Pump System: Equipped with a CB10/80-LC(BS) fire pump, with a maximum working pressure of 1.0MPa, a maximum suction height of 3 meters, and a priming time of ≤50 seconds, enabling rapid and stable high-pressure water supply.
◉ Long Range Water Jetting and Foam Coverage: Featuring a PL48 fire monitor with a flow rate of 48L/s, a water jet range of ≥60 meters, a foam jet range of ≥55 meters, and a 360° horizontal rotation angle, enabling precise, long-range, all-around fire suppression.
Towing And Rescue
◉Strong Traction Load: The vehicle has a pre-installed front mounted electric winch mounting interface, which can be configured with a winch system with a maximum pulling force of over 7000kg for towing accident vehicles, clearing obstacles, etc.
◉Multi-scenario Rescue Adaptability: Combining the vehicle's curb weight of 10800kg and maximum gross weight of 17600kg, it has good vehicle stability during towing, and can meet the rescue needs in scenarios such as highway accident handling and urban landslide clearing.
IV.Fully automatic control panel
The fully automatic control panel is the intelligent control core of the foam fire truck, integrating water pump, foam proportioning and mixing and engine control. It can automatically adjust water pressure and foam concentration through one button operation, monitor vehicle status in real time and issue safety alarms, effectively reducing the difficulty of operation and improving fire extinguishing efficiency and safety.
Instructions for Use:
I.External Water Suction Operation
➊Connect the water pump suction port to the suction pipe and filter, ensuring a secure connection and that the filter is submerged below the water surface.
➋Start the engine and engage the power take off (PTO) of the water pump.
➌Open the cannon's water outlet switch or the manual valve for the nozzle's water outlet.
➍Press the vacuum pump switch, observe the vacuum pressure gauge until it reaches a negative value, and listen for a sound to determine if water suction has been successful. Then release the vacuum pump switch.
II. Tank Water Discharge Operation
Press the tank water outlet switch and follow steps 2 and 3 above.
III. Class B Foam Operation
➊Select Class B foam discharge or external foam supply.
➋ Open the cannon's water outlet switch or the manual valve for the nozzle's water outlet and set the foam ratio.
➌ Press the "One-Button Class B" switch to automatically enter the Class B foam operation process.
V.fire pump of SITRAK HOWO 4X2 heavy rescue truck
The CB10/80-LC(BS) fire pump uses an engine to drive the impeller at high speed, generating centrifugal force; simultaneously, a vacuum pump creates a vacuum, drawing water into the pump under atmospheric pressure; the impeller then pressurizes and ejects the water, achieving continuous water intake and pressurized water supply for firefighting operations.
