ISUZU 4×2 Garbage Truck Trash Compactor
This ISUZU 100KW trash compactor vehicle is equipped with a 100kW permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 4×2 drive system, and features a 6CBM garbage bin. It is suitable for the fixed point collection and compaction of daily household waste in urban residential areas, commercial districts, and town streets. The all electric drive ensures low noise and zero emissions, allowing for operation in the early morning and at night. It balances maneuverability in narrow streets with high efficiency per collection, making it an economical and practical green waste collection equipment for small and medium sized sanitation operations.
This ISUZU 4×2 back loading garbage truck features a 4×2 drive configuration and a 6CBM container. It is equipped with a 100kW rated, 185kW peak permanent magnet synchronous motor and a CATL 106.95kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, supporting 2h fast charging. Compared to fuel powered sanitation vehicles, it boasts zero emissions, lower operating noise, and significantly reduced energy costs, making it more suitable for off peak operations in residential areas and scenic spots.
The onboard compression mechanism has a compression ratio of 1:3.4, a filling cycle of ≤40s, and an unloading time of ≤45s. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 20MPa and utilizes electromechanical integrated control. The container's bottom and side plates are made of 4mm steel plates, ensuring stable and efficient operation, suitable for urban sanitation waste collection and transportation.
