Rear loader garbage truck, also called trash compactor vehicle, refuse compactor truck, is an efficient sanitation vehicle designed for daily waste disposal in factories and communities.
CS TRUCKS produced Shacman used rubbish compactor truck is based on Shacman 6 wheeler chassis, which comes with a Shacman X9 series single-row white cab and a wheelbase of 3260mm. The engine model is YN4102QBZL, and the transmission model is 6DSS50T.
The superstructure of Shacman rear loader garbage truck adopts an arc-shaped compactor box, the material is Q345. It is equipped with 9 hydraulic cylinders, using Yangzhou Zhongmei multi-way valve, Shandong Laizhou hydraulic cylinder, Zhejiang Jiashan power take-off, Hefei gear pump, Taiwan Yonghong PLC, control system is electric and manual. Manual control is to prevent the electronic control from malfunctioning and it can work normally. The loading cycle is one-button operation, with a 0.6 cubic meter rear flip bucket mechanism. There is sewage collection tank at the bottom of the compactor box, the sewage in the box can flow into it, and can be discharged through the ball valve when unloading garbage. The side and rear protective devices are bolted and removable.

Garbage compactor Superstructure features
1. Hydraulic system
A. Use the well-known domestic brand - Xiamen Yinhua/Yantai Future Hydraulic Cylinder, which is China's mainstream sanitation truck cylinder supplier. All seals of the cylinder are imported brands to ensure the service life of the cylinder.
B. Use Hefei Changyuan/Hefei Wanye brand aluminum alloy gear pump, which has stable performance and high reliability.
C. Use multi-way reversing valves of brands such as Yangzhou Zhongmei, Hunan Honghui, Shanghai Qiangtian, and Italian HC, which are the mainstream supporting manufacturers of sanitation vehicles in China.
D. Adopt domestic well-known brand hydraulic pipelines.
2. Electrical control system
The system is built using modular design ideas and is mainly composed of five parts: control box assembly, front operation CAN bus control box, rear operation box, proximity switch sensor, and vehicle body wiring harness. Each component is connected by aviation plug-ins, automotive-grade waterproof plug-ins, etc. The connectors mate with each other. The system has high integration, simple system, easy installation, simple wiring, simplified system, high protection level, water resistance, corrosion resistance, IP67 protection level, wide operating voltage range of 9~36VDC, and a single button life span of more than 1 million times. It has been widely used in the construction machinery and sanitation machinery industries. It has high reliability, stable performance, backlight function, convenient for night operations, and elegant appearance.
The bodywork wiring harness adopts an integrated design, which is highly reliable and easy to install and wire. It is produced by a professional manufacturer of automotive and engineering machinery wiring harnesses. The functions of each connector are clearly marked, making installation easy and efficient.
3. Loading device
Different users can choose different loading mechanisms according to different garbage collection methods: standard iron garbage bucket (300L), plastic trash can (240L), plastic trash can (660L), vehicle-mounted triangular garbage bucket (800L) ), sealed and covered garbage bucket (1400L), swing arm garbage bucket (3000L).

Rear loader process characteristics
1. Compactor box structure
The compactor box is made of reinforced beams and high-strength steel plates welded to form a solid frame structure. The sides are made of whole panels without tailor-welding processes. The upper and lower reinforced beams on the side panels are integrally formed with the side panels. Special equipment is used to cold-bend them. The large R angle molding improves rigidity, and there are no welds in the longitudinal direction of the side panels, effectively avoiding defects such as fatigue failure of the welds caused by long-term use of the traditional tailor welding process. The top is an arc surface, and the bottom plate and side panels of the box are made of advanced welding technology. The welding process avoids the phenomenon of box leakage caused by long-term use of traditional welding processes. There is a large-capacity sewage collection tank in the front and lower part of the box, which improves the vehicle's sewage storage capacity. The compactor box is light in weight, has good stress resistance, and is not easy to deformation.
2. Push blade assembly
The push shovel is composed of a rectangular steel pipe frame and a welded bending plate. Adjustable sealing strips are installed on both sides and the top of the push shovel to ensure the gap between the push shovel and the box. It is not only lightweight in structure, but also can distribute garbage evenly and discharge materials cleanly and thoroughly.
3. Tailgate assembly
It is mainly composed of the filler shell, slide plate, scraper and other components. The filler slide is cold-bent and formed with high-strength wear-resistant materials. The lower arc plate is made of high-strength wear-resistant materials and processed on the arc plate. There is a leakage port to facilitate the sewage inside the filler to flow into the lower sewage storage tank to avoid leakage of sewage during transportation. There is a large-capacity sewage storage tank at the bottom of the filler. The sewage tank has two large-diameter sewage discharge outlets; both sides of the slide have whole nylon slider, which has self-lubricating properties, high stability and better wear resistance; the scraper's stress-bearing parts are partially strengthened, with a solid structure and light weight.
4. The tilt mechanism is made of bending materials and profile welding, with a solid structure and beautiful appearance.
5. The hydraulic cylinder support, trash can lifting component, bucket guide plate, connecting rod support and other stress-bearing parts are integrally cast from steel castings, with a solid structure and not easy to break.
