Daily maintenance of back load trash trucks
1. Clean the waste compactor truck body, wipe the glass and rearview mirror, clean the inside of the dustbin, filler and sewage tank, and remove residual garbage. When washing the truck, do not spray water directly onto the electrical components and fuel tank air inlets.
2. Clean the sealing joint surface to ensure a good seal, and avoid damaging the rubber sealing strips and gaskets due to sharp or hard objects in the garbage.
3. Clean the sticky garbage and debris on the hydraulic cylinder to avoid damage to the dust ring or oil seal of the cylinder.
4. Check the engine oil level and coolant level, and add appropriate amounts if necessary.
5. After starting the engine, listen to it to see if it runs normally, and check whether the truck's instruments, lights, service brakes, parking brakes, steering and power take-off are normal.
6. Check the liquid level in the hydraulic oil tank. The oil level in the oil tank must not be lower than the minimum height shown on the mark. If the oil is insufficient, add oil. Inspection method: The shovel cylinder and slide cylinder are in the fully retracted position, the scraper cylinder is in the fully extended position, and the loader is in the closed state.
(Note: When filling hydraulic oil, it must be added through the filter port above the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic oil must be clean and pollution-free. The grade YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil can be used. When the ambient oil level is lower than 5°C, it is recommended to use the grade YC -N46D low temperature hydraulic oil.)
7. Check the operating controls, electronic control buttons and sensors. If there are any problems, they should be adjusted or replaced in time.
8. Check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage or air leakage in the entire vehicle.
9. Check whether the tire nut, various bolts, nuts and pins are loose; check the tire appearance and air pressure.
10. Troubleshoot any faults that occurred on the day.
