Working Principle:
The vacuum pump is driven by a chassis power take off unit to rotate an eccentric rotor. The pump's internal vanes rotate at high speed with the rotor, continuously drawing air from the sealed tank, creating a negative pressure inside, reaching a maximum ultimate vacuum of 93%. Under atmospheric pressure, sewage, sludge, and other waste are forced into the tank through the suction pipe. By switching the air path via a four-way reversing valve, the vacuum pump introduces high-pressure air into the tank, relying on the internal pressure to expel the waste, achieving self-priming and selfdischarge.
