How to Operate a Sewage Suction Truck
➢1. Check that all parts of the sewage suction truck are working properly, and confirm there are no leaks in the tank, pipes, and valves.
➢2. Park the truck stably at the work site, engage the handbrake, and place warning signs.
➢3. Start the engine, engage the power take-off to make the vacuum pump work, and open the suction valve.
➢4. Put the suction hose into the sewage pool, and watch the liquid level and pressure gauge to prevent the tank from overflowing.
➢5. After suction is complete, close the valve, remove the suction hose, and drive the truck to the designated discharge point.
➢6. Operate the hydraulic lifting device to tilt the tank about 45 degrees, then open the discharge valve to drain the sewage.
