The Isuzu Mobile Workshop can be used for different kinds of applications. The truck­ mounted workshop offers universal support for various maintenance, repair and service works.

Equipped with an onboard power supply, crane with winch, air-compressor, lubrication equipment, and versatile tool sets the Mobile Workshop is ready for any intended use. Due to the rigid substructure and the robust shelter configuration, the Mobile Workshop has a good performance going cross country and fewer limitations for the place of deployment.

This technical package is for purchasing two (2) vehicles Heavy Mobile Workshops as per the technical requirements and specifications contained in ITT documents

SPECIFICATION

2. 1 SUB FRAME

The Special Low-Torsion body mounting system" is recommendable due to its strangeness, torsion-resistant design, in particular for "off-road" operation under rough cross-country conditions.

The elastic connections between the truck chassis and the sub-frame provide a torsion­ absorbing function. This arrangement absorbs any stresses passing from chassis to body. The sub-frame is mounted to the truck frame in a way to ensure equal load distribution. Otherwise mounted according to truck supplier's "Assembling Instruction". Substructure etc. hot-dip galvanized.

2.2 BODY

Box structure equipped as mobile workshop for repair and assistance, with hydraulic crane placed behind the fixed body, mounted on your recommended manufacture (MAN, MERCEDES BENZ, SCANIA). 6*4 cab rear overhang Truck 2022 Model. The box structure has the following external dimensions and made in (EUROPE or USA).

Self-supporting base structure made of sturdy rectangular steel pipe and cold bent steel sheet.

The floor of the platform lined with chequered steel plate and suitable counter-frame

for installation of box structure and crane.

Sturdy uprights are welded to the platform to support the lattice work roof structure On the right-side wall, a single door is placed, which can be opened at 180° 2 M width.

All walls are in rectangular steel pipe, internally lined with pre-painted steel sheet and externally in steel sheet 1,2 mm thick, except for the door which can be lowered 90 which is lined in chequered steel plate.

The rear wall has a window dim. 1200x600 with sliding glasses, for internal lighting The front and rear walls are blind.

Polystyrene foam placed between external and internal sheet to insulate the unit, both on the side walls and on the roof.

At the rear end of the box structure a fixed body with drop sides is built-up, for containing various materials. The body is 1500mm long.

The equipment is complete with:

a) side extractable ladder for access to the workshop

b) pair of mudguards for rear wheels

c) spare wheel holder.

2.3.1 Jib crane (2) ton capacity installed inside the workshop with electric crane motor to lift the materials from outside and put it inside the workshop.

2.4 GENERATING SET AND ELECTRICAL SYSTSEM

Generating set with protection case, sound proof, power 10KVA, for continuous service, composed of diesel engine such as KUBOTA, Perkins, Deutz (for reference only) air cooled, electric start with battery, coupled to alternator 220/380V frequency 50Hz.

2.4.1 Electrical system for lighting and driving power consisting in:

neon lights, 4Watt power each, protected in suitable shock proof ceiling lamps

main panel with safety switch, lighting and driving power switches and plug for connecting the wiit to the generator or an external network if available.

2. 5 ENGINE DRIVEN COMPRESSOR WITH ACCESSORIES

Electric driven air compressor, recommended Air compressor manufacture (ATLAS COPCO, KAESER, INGERSOLL RAND), working pressure 7.5 Bar Supplied complete with air tank.

On the air tank are installed:

security valve.

quick connecting tap for extraction of compressed air.

pressure gauge.

drain tap.

extension 20m air hose with quick joints at the ends.

spray gun for air - diesel oil mixture.

blowing gun.

greasing gun.

gun for painting with tank.

2. 6 HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER

Water tank in stainless steel capacity 2001 complete with loading port, level indicator and connection piping to the HP pump, and filling plug.

High pressure cleaner KARCHER/Perkins/Deutz (for reference only) for cleaning with High pressure (HP) hot water composed of a piston pump coupled to a diesel engine, electric start, capacity 151/1 max, pressure 200 bar temperature 98°C.

Hose reel for HP water in stainless steel, with spring operated rewinding device, block system, and supporting frame for guide rollers. The hose reel is fitted with 25m of 3/8' rubber hose suitable for HP water. A washing lance is fitted at the end of the hose.

2. 7 ELECTRIC TOOLS

Bench emery wheel 1HP with 2 grinders

Electric drill for holes up to 23mm complete with column, installed on workbench (drill may also be portable)

Portable electric drill 22 volts for holes up to 13 mm.

Set of 25 cylindrical drill bits up to 13 mm.

Set of conical drill bits from 14 to 23 mm.

Portable electric grinder, angular type, 220Volt, with disc diameter 23m.

2. 8 LUBRICATION WITH GREASE PUMP AND ACCESSORIES.

The following equipment and accessories are the minimum scope of supply, besides, contractor shall ensure the full function of lubrication system.

Seats for positioning standard 50 kg grease drums.

The necessary fittings for rapid fixing of the drum, and a cover and a follower plate shall also be supplied.

Air operated pump for grease, suitable for 50 kg drums, ratio I:65, quick joints for air intake and grease delivery.

Free flow capacity 1900 gr/I ' hose reel for grease delivery with spring operated rewinding device, block system, and supporting frame for guide rollers.

The hose reel is fitted with 25 m of3/8 rubber hose suitable for grease. A grease delivery

gun is fitted at the end of the hose.
