1. Product function overview

1)  Working principle: When the hopper is filled with garbage, the scraper rotates up, and the sliding plate drives the scraper to move downward together. It is inserted into the garbage for crushing and first compression. The scraper scrapes together to further compact the garbage. The scraper is in place. Then the skateboard moves upward, compacting and filling the garbage into the trash bin, and then returns to the starting position. The entire working process is automatically controlled. When the garbage is continuously pressed and filled, the push shovel gradually retreats (moves toward the front end of the box) under the action of the squeezing force, so that the garbage evenly fills the entire garbage bin. When the vehicle unloads garbage at the treatment (or landfill) site, the loader is lifted, the shovel is pushed backward, and the garbage in the garbage bin is pushed out in the horizontal direction.

1) Compactor body structure: The compactor box is welded with reinforced beams and high-strength steel plates to form a solid frame structure. The sides are made of whole panels without longitudinal tailor welding. The upper and lower reinforced beams on the side panels are integrally formed with the side panels, and are cooled using special equipment. Bending molding and large R-angle molding improve the rigidity. There are no longitudinal welds on the side panels, which effectively avoids defects such as fatigue failure of the welds caused by long-term use of the traditional tailor welding process.
