The ISUZU 12CBM Refuse Compactor Truck is equipped with an ISUZU 4HK1-TC50 engine, delivering a maximum power of 205 HP, providing strong and eco-friendly performance. The vehicle features a 12-cubic-meter compactor and a 1.8-cubic-meter tailgate, with a compression ratio of 1:2.5, significantly increasing waste loading capacity and reducing transportation trips, thereby lowering operational costs. The fully hydraulic system and CAN-bus control system ensure efficient waste compression and unloading, with a loading cycle of only 25-30 seconds and an unloading cycle of no more than 110 seconds, greatly enhancing operational efficiency.
The compactor body of the ISUZU FTR Rear Compactor Truck is made of T420 special steel, with a sidewall thickness of 5 mm and a bottom thickness of 5 mm, ensuring the strength and durability of the compactor. This high-strength material can withstand the immense pressure generated during waste compression, extending the equipment's service life. Additionally, the vehicle's frame structure is optimized to effectively distribute load pressure, reducing body deformation and wear.
