The Isuzu 6-cubic-meter electric rear loader truck is an environmentally friendly model designed on the basis of the ISUZU EVM600 electric chassis. The overall dimensions of the vehicle are 7030x2095x2560mm, which not only ensure flexibility on urban roads but also provide sufficient working space. With a curb weight of 5200kg and a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 8995kg, it has sufficient carrying capacity to meet daily garbage collection needs. The vehicle adopts a direct-drive motor technology, which not only improves energy utilization efficiency but also reduces wear on transmission components, lowering maintenance costs. The Isuzu electric garbage compactor truck is equipped with a TZ370XS-LKM1201 permanent magnet synchronous motor. Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in the electric vehicle field due to their advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. This motor has a rated power of 100kW and a peak power of 185kW, providing strong power output and ensuring stable performance under various operating conditions.
The Isuzu electric rear load garbage truck is equipped with a CATL L173TB2 lithium-ion battery pack. Lithium-ion batteries are the preferred energy source for electric vehicles due to their high energy density, long cycle life, and no memory effect. This battery pack has a total capacity of 106.95kWh and consists of 4 independent batteries, each with a capacity of 26.73kWh and a rated voltage of 154.56V.
This battery configuration allows the vehicle to have a long driving range. According to actual tests, the vehicle's maximum driving range can reach 280km, meeting the daily needs of urban garbage collection. At the same time, the application of fast charging technology allows the vehicle to be fully charged in a short time, with a fast charging time of only 1.5 hours, greatly improving the vehicle's operational efficiency.
The compactor is one of the core components of a garbage truck, and its design directly affects the vehicle's operational efficiency and service life. The garbage compartment of this Isuzu electric compression garbage truck has a capacity of 6 cubic meters, meeting the needs of urban garbage collection. The compartment is made of ultra-strong steel, with side and bottom plates both 4mm thick. This material and thickness design make the compartment extremely strong and durable. Even in harsh operating environments, the compartment can maintain good integrity and stability. In terms of hydraulic cylinders, it is equipped with 1 set of push plate, 2 sets of rear hoppers, 2 sets of sliding plates, 2 sets of scraper plates, and 2 sets of tilting devices. The application of these hydraulic cylinders ensures smooth and efficient loading, compression, and unloading processes for the garbage compartment.
