The ISUZU FVR back loader garbage truck is a specialized vehicle designed for the collection, compression, and transportation of municipal solid waste. The core structure of the ISUZU FVR waste compactor vehicle consists of five major systems, specially designed for efficient sanitation operations. Based on the ISUZU FVR 4×2 chassis, the truck is equipped with hydraulic power steering and 295/80R22.5 high-performance tires, ensuring stability and flexibility in complex urban road conditions. The power system is equipped with a 240-horsepower 6HK1-TCG61 engine and a FAST 8-speed manual transmission, providing powerful dynamics and efficient transmission to meet the demands of high-intensity operations.
The compression system of the ISUZU FVR garbage rear loader features a 15-cubic-meter T420 high-strength steel compactor and a 1.8-cubic-meter tailgate, along with a large-capacity sewage storage tank, enabling efficient garbage compression and environmentally friendly processing to avoid secondary pollution. The hydraulic system utilizes hydraulic cylinders, gear pumps, and multi-way directional valves from reputable Chinese brands, with a system pressure of up to 18 MPa, ensuring stable and reliable operation and improving work efficiency. Furthermore, the intelligent CAN bus control system supports both automatic and manual dual-mode operation, further reducing operational difficulty and enhancing work convenience.
