Precations for operation skip lift trucks
1. New users should read the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer in detail before operating a swing-arm garbage truck each time, and master the operating details through practice.
2. Before the operation, the operating site should be carefully inspected to determine whether there are any obstacles within the radius of the swing arm of the vehicle. If there are any obstacles, they must be removed. No one is allowed to enter the range of the swing arm when the vehicle is lifting the garbage bin to avoid accidents. .
3. When the garbage truck is operating on a slope greater than 12%, triangle wood or other objects that can stabilize the wheels must be used to block the wheels to prevent the vehicle from falling down the slope and causing an accident.
4. Note that the pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system of the garbage truck is strictly prohibited from exceeding the value specified in the instruction manual; after system maintenance, it must be installed by experienced personnel on the hydraulic test bench after adjustment as required.
5. When operating a swing-arm garbage truck, the operator must first confirm that the outriggers support the vehicle before lifting the garbage bin full of garbage. Otherwise, unpredictable dangers may occur. And the operator must strictly abide by the vehicle operating procedures. If any abnormal movement of the mechanism in the vehicle is found, the operation will be stopped, the cause will be identified in time, and the operation will be continued after rectifying the fault.
