Products Features
1. Super strong
The garbage bin adopts a rectangular structure, with a flat bottom and arc-shaped surfaces on both sides and top. It has a beautiful appearance, light weight, good stress resistance and no deformation. According to the customer's requirements, the tilt mechanism can be made into bucket type or swing arm type, with reasonable structure, reliable performance and easy operation.
2. High configuration
It adopts JAC original chassis, half-high top row and half cab, Cummins engine, FAST gearbox, 11.00R20 steel tires, electric doors and windows, air suspension seats, and electric flipping of the cab.
3. Large load capacity
High garbage compression ratio and large loading capacity: the loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times that of non-compressed garbage trucks of the same tonnage.
4. Automated operations:
Using an imported computer control system, only one driver can operate the filling and unloading operations. It can be set to two operating modes: fully automatic and semi-automatic, which not only reduces the labor intensity of sanitation workers, but also greatly improves the working environment.
Tings to note when operating refuse compactor trucks
1. During operation, unrelated persons should be kept away from the vehicle, especially the rear of the vehicle. Garbage should be evenly placed into the filling hopper, and should not be concentrated on one side, which would shift the center of gravity of the vehicle. Garbage should not be stacked too high along the edge of the filling hopper, which will affect the compaction of garbage and the even distribution of garbage in the compactor.
2. Pay attention during the compression operation. If you find large pieces of other garbage (non-domestic garbage) that cannot be compressed, you must stop the operation immediately and clear it before continuing the operation to avoid damaging the working equipment of the vehicle. Compression of construction waste is strictly prohibited.
3. When lifting or lowering the tailgate during unloading operations, confirm the safety of the surroundings and proceed with caution. Never lift the tailgate on a slope, otherwise the center of gravity may shift backward and cause a rollover accident. The vehicle must not be driven until the tailgate is down and locked.
