The Cambodian government plans to purchase new Isuzu fire truck. The Iszu FTR fire tender truck will be used in Cambodia’s fire emergency rescue work and improve the country’s overall level of fire fighting safety equipment. In order to ensure a transparent and fair bid evaluation process, the government decided to purchase Isuzu fire emergency trucks through bidding. Cambodia’s bidding process for purchasing Isuzu fire rescue trucks will be conducted in accordance with international procurement practices.

First, the government will issue a tender announcement clarifying the requirements and details of the tender documents. Tender announcements will be widely published to ensure that relevant suppliers with procurement capabilities and experience have the opportunity to participate. Suppliers are required to provide detailed information about their company and products in the bidding documents, including company registration documents, performance certificates and relevant certifications.
In addition, the supplier should provide information on the technical specifications, performance parameters, warranty period and other information about the Isuzu fire truck. The government will organize an independent bid evaluation committee composed of relevant departments and professionals. The bid evaluation committee will evaluate and score the submitted bidding documents according to the predetermined bid evaluation standards. The bid evaluation criteria include price reasonableness, product quality, technical performance and after-sales service.
During the bid evaluation process, the bid evaluation committee will carefully check all bidding documents to ensure that there are no duplicate submissions. After completing the bid evaluation, the bid evaluation committee will determine the winning supplier based on the scoring results. The winning supplier will sign a contract with the government and deliver Isuzu fire trucks in accordance with the contract requirements.

The overall layout

The front and two sides of the middle of the body are storage compartments. It is built-in type independent water tank in the middle position of the central compartment. The back of the body is pump compartment. |

The aluminum alloy shutters are installed at both sides of the body and the back of the pump compartment, the ladders are installed on the back of the body at the right side. |

Technical requirement |
All welding panels and skeleton steels are through strict process of anti-rust, anti-corrosion and phosphating pickling. All the accessories、standard components are processed of galvanization 、electroplate、Decrement treatments and so on. After completing welding of the tank, the tank will be clear up and removed possible defects such as empty solder. And then it will be through 24-hour hydrostatic test to assure no leakage. |
