This 16-meter aerial work platform is built on SINOTRUK HOWO ZZ1077D3413D574 chassis, with CHAOCHAI 116HP diesel engine, H-shape individually adjustable hydraulic outriggers, 3-section folding boom, 360° rotation slewing table, small hook, insulated bucket. The truck has beautiful appearance, powerful functions, high safety factor, and a number of advanced operation safety functions to ensure the safety of operators.

Products Features
1. There is an operating lever or electronically controlled operating valve inside the working bucket, and the end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the working platform.
2. Adopt a full-rotation slewing mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor.

Aerial lift truck operation requirements
1. When an operator enters the working platform of an aerial lift truck, he must close the safety door before starting the vehicle. There must be no more than two workers in the working platform.
2. When operating, fasten your seat belt, safety helmet and chin strap. The seat belt cannot be fastened to other components other than the working platform.
3. The operation must be smooth, and no sudden starts, sudden stops or sudden changes of direction are allowed. When leaving the work station temporarily, the engine must be turned off and the key must be kept properly.
4. During the lifting or retracting process, when the tilt alarm sounds, the boom should be recovered immediately and no other actions are allowed.
5. When aerial work platform trucks are driving, moving, and lifting, attention should be paid to observing the gaps above, below, and around the work area, and to maintain a sufficient safe distance from buildings, facilities, equipment, wires, and cables.
6. When performing welding operations at high altitudes, the welding wires should be well insulated, and the welding handles are not allowed to contact the platform or other metal parts. When using handheld electric tools in the work platform, ensure that the power cord is insulated from the contact parts of the platform.
7. When the arm lift bucket truck makes abnormal noise, oil leakage in the hydraulic system, or malfunction of the cylinder pump valve during operation, the operation should be stopped immediately; maintenance is not allowed when there are people on the platform, and measures should be taken to remove the people on the platform before proceeding. Carry out inspection and maintenance, and continue working after the abnormality is eliminated.
8. In case of emergency or operation button failure, you should press the emergency stop button in time while protecting yourself.
9. The platform under the equipment should be equipped with an emergency descent rope. When the equipment cannot be lowered after being raised, the emergency descent rope can be pulled to lower the platform to the bottom and wait for maintenance personnel to handle.
