How to Operate a HOWO Waste Compactor Truck:
➢ Step 1: Bin Lifting: Lower the rear bin lifter and hook the standard waste bin (120L/240L/660L/1100L), then raise and tilt it to empty waste into the filler hopper.
➢ Step 2: Filler Loading: Waste drops from the bin into the 2 CBM filler hopper, ready for the compaction cycle.
➢ Step 3: Scraper Compaction: The hydraulic scraper sweeps and compacts the waste, reducing its volume before pushing it into the main body.
➢ Step 4: Body Loading: The compacted waste is pushed into the 14 CBM main chamber. The compaction ratio ensures more waste per trip.
➢ Step 5: Rear Door Opening: At the disposal site, the hydraulic rear door opens fully to prepare for discharge.
