Fuel transport safety is a major concern that any company that moves and distributes fuel is concerned with. Fuel transport systems, depots, petroleum transport companies, and gas transport companies need safe and reliable tankers to hold that material. The European standard tank mouth is installed on the top of the tank truck. It is a functional part of the oil tank for loading, unloading and ventilation. It is equipped with a breathing valve and an emergency exhaust valve to ensure the safety of the tanker in an emergency.
Normally, the breathing valve is closed. But when refueling, unloading and temperature changes, the pressure in the tank also changes. At this time, the breather valve is automatically opened to keep the tank pressure within the specified pressure through exhaust/suction.
When an emergency such as a fire occurs, the emergency exhaust valve opens to automatically release the internal pressure of the oil tank to avoid explosion.

FAW brand 20cbm fuel tanker truck use TOP Chinese brand Fuel Pump and pump model is 80YHCB-60. The pump is newly produced National Patent Products which based on many years’ independent developing & production of arc gear pump. Also the pumps comply with national standards JB/T6434-92.
