How to discharge the oil from fuel truck?

How is the refueling and unloading process of an oil tanker carried out?

First, the tanker truck needs to enter the gas station or unloading point to ensure a safe stop. Next, the driver opens the tank truck's seal and connects the oil pipe to the refueling facility or oil unloading equipment.

For refueling, the driver needs to input the required oil type and refueling volume, and then operate the control valve to draw the oil out of the tanker and send it to the refueling facility. Fueling facilities are often equipped with flow meters that accurately measure the amount of oil added to the tanker truck. When the required amount of refueling is reached, the driver will close the valve and end the refueling process.

For oil unloading, the steps are similar, except that the oil is extracted from the tanker and sent to the oil unloading equipment. Oil unloading equipment usually has a metering device to record the precise value of the oil unloaded. The driver needs to confirm the status of the oil unloading equipment before starting oil unloading and ensure that the receiving equipment is ready to receive oil.

When the oil unloading is completed, the driver closes the valve and ends the oil unloading process. Safety is crucial during the entire refueling and unloading process. 1) Keep the dispenser clean. Scrub the dispenser with wet and soft cloth when cleaning. Wash with water is forbidden. DO NOT clean the dispenser with gasoline or other corrosive liquid.

2) Please life up and put down the nozzle carefully to protect the nozzle spout. The damage of nozzle spout will cause leakage or automatic shut off function failure, even cause accidents.

3) Confirm the nozzle is put back to the nozzle boot, and power off the dispenser prior to leaving.

4) If there is any failure, please power off, and contact with manufacturer as soon as possible. Do not knock the dispenser or maintained by yourself, in order to avoid to causing more serious failure or harzard.
