Sewer Dredging And Cleaning Truck Dongfeng

Dongfeng Combined sewer jetting and vacuum truck is used for removing sand, stones, bottles, cans, grease, sludge and other debris from sanitary sewer and/or drain lines by the flushing action of high pressure water. The unit includes a positive displacement vacuum pump and a high pressure water pump. Combination jet/vac machine is equipped with self-contained water supply as the water source for the high-pressure pump and a cylindrical debris tank for collecting all materials coming from the sewer system . Combination unit is able to perform simultaneous high pressure flushing of sewer pipe and removal of liquids and solids from the sewer manhole.

Jetting vacuum sewage suction truck, a kind of sanitation truck, is mainly used to washing and treat sewer, septic tank, sewage pool in city underground pipe system and other places.

Mainly structure: truck chassis, tank body, vacuum pump, sewage hose, vacuum anti-overflow valve, hydraulic rear gate, hydraulic lifting jack, import hydraulic cylinder oil seal, discharge outlet, oil air separator, water air separator, vacuum pressure meter, tank level view tube, etc.

1	Chassis	Dongfeng brand 6x4,Engine is Euro 3 or 4 emission standard, There four pcs PTO to drive vacuum pump,high pressure pump and all kinds of hydraulic equipment. Chassis Model will as per cusotmer's final confirm.
2	Vacuum tank	Tank Shape:Cylinder type ,Vacuum tank volume is 8000 liters,made by SS304L,6mm thickness shell. Design Pressure:-0.9 Bar.There some U shape strengthen rims outside the sludge tank body to offer stonger support to the tanker body. Hydraulic lift sylinder to lift up the tank body to outlet the sludge in 45 degree with safety support. Water level instrument locate in the rear of the tanker body.6 or 4 outlet valve in the rear to release the sludge.
3	Clean Water tank	Tank volume 3CBM,made by SS304 steel,4mm thick,located on both side of the vacuum tank,with lower lever alarm.
4	Rear Door	Controlled by Hydraulic,2 cylinders open the door,and 4 cylinders closed the door,6 suction pipe and 6 discharge valves.
5	Cooling water tank	1500L,located behind the Cab of the truck,use for cooling the vacuum pump.
6	Vacuum pump	Liquid ring Chinese Kenflo brand,3000H/M air flow rate,vacuum rate 90%,vacuum pump can be choose according to customer's requirement.
7	High Pressure pump	Piston pump imported from Germany,Water flow 212L/m at 200 bar,Brand can be specify by customer.
8	Others	Telescopic suction boom: Swivel in both the vertical and horizontal plane.300°horizontal rotation, 6m working radius and vertical lift up to 3m above ground.Dia 6 stailess and rubber suction hose. High press hose reel 1.120 M HP hose ID25MM,Control by hydralic 100°horizontal rotation. Painting All stainless steel parts will painted by primer and finish paint,sand blasting before painting,coloer as per customer's choose. Operation instructions This instruction will guide customer how to operation this truck. Training Before delivery:we can offer one or two days operation of the truck training in our factory.
