➤ The control panel features an integrated design, with all fire pump, fire monitor, and tank valve controls centrally located and clearly labeled in English. Equipped with pressure gauges, level indicators, and engine speed adjustment, the panel allows firefighters to visually monitor equipment status and accurately perform firefighting operations, reducing the risk of misoperation.

➤ The fire pump, model CB10/40, is a rear mounted low pressure centrifugal pump with a rated flow rate of 40 L/s and a rated pressure of 1.0 MPa, equipped with a piston vacuum pump for priming to achieve a maximum suction depth of 7 meters and a priming time of no more than 35 seconds, featuring a compact structure and convenient maintenance for long term continuous operation.

IV.Working principle of fire protection system

Working Principle: The fire pump draws and pressurizes water from the internal water tank, external water source or water injection interface, and then the water flows through the foam proportioner to add foam liquid in proportion to form a foam mixture, which is then delivered to the fire monitor or hose interface for spraying. At the same time, the power output cooler ensures reliable and continuous operation.

The equipment rooms are located on both sides and the rear of the tank, constructed from high strength aluminum alloy profiles with an anodized finish, making them corrosion resistant, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and durable. The roller shutter doors are made entirely of aluminum alloy, allowing for easy opening and closing, and are equipped with locks and LED lighting for convenient nighttime equipment access.
